I couldn't stand to have strangers watching me secretly in my house. When it comes to multitasking I bet most people have "your" problem. I definitely have problems listing to one language and reading/writing in another. I only can listen to instrumental music (preferable Bach) while writing on or analyzing complex papers.

The state of those walls behind and all that wasted spaces as well as the state of the modern construction too! 😀 Good decision on getting rid of the walls to make office space bigger. Regarding tiny window, I would say take it out and brick it up, don't board it over as it can lead to problems in the future.

My young friend, that is not a tiny house. It was a carriage building, where someone parked their carriage, and usually stabled the horse in by gone days.

Always keep windows even in a closet

I think it’s fantastic. The see through table makes it look more spacious. It would look more cluttered it you had just a normal table taking up the space. However it’s what you like that matters. Well done. 👍👌👏☺️🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

You've done a great job, designing the renovated layout, the interior furnishings, the management of finances, in fact you did a great job as a project manager. There are always hidden problems and structural and work safety is paramount. The solicitors fees are always a given, with their famous evasive lines about cost estimates which go along the lines of "how long is a piece of string". Or as Samuel Butler said, "in law nothing is certain but the cost". Nevertheless, the results are excellent. But beware the lawyers.🙂

I so enjoy your videos. I am 70 years old and sometimes feel that I have missed my learning curve. Right now I am recovering from 3 intense back surgeries so being able to live my “normal” life is impossible. I renewed my Skillshare app so that I could broaden my horizons and not feel like I had passed by my time in life to learn new skills and develop exciting interests. The sledge hammer looks like fun! Go, George, go! Do some hammering for me.

Hahhahahahaa is the "f*ck" moment really not scripted!?! because it seems like straight out of a movie. The "aye aye" reminds me of The Banshees of Inisherin and the whole exchange absolutely cracked me up. Good job on taking on some of the renovations and yes we learn from our mistakes!

I will turn 60 in January. I went to college in my 20's and built a career in my 30's. I was the poster boy for success. Good looking (gym 5x wk) 6 figure salary home on the beach with a view of Boston harbor and a new Mercedes. UNTIL one day I walked out of my house and woke up in the hospital. My neighbor found me on the ground. This was before Obama-care so after 10wks in the hospital my company let me go with no insurance. The medical care took EVERYTHING...the house the car the savings...everything (welcome to America folks!). I've been disabled since that day (a rare immune disorder). I now live a small little quiet life. Studio apartment, no car, groceries delivered by friends/family.... I could spend the rest of my life thinking about how unfair it all is...but I'll be damned if I'm gonna waste even a moment more.

I had a large closet (it fit a twin mattress and a side table) in my studio apartment in Ohio and I rented out that closet during the Republican National Convention and charged $1200 A NIGHT for 10 days and it was snapped up! The only downside was Mr. Giuliani left black hair dye all over my tub.

Cats will paw at the bed because it feels nice on their paws. My cat has a clear plastic bin he occasionally has times where he will just paw at the bottom for a couple minutes because it feels good on his paws 😂 I had to Google so much to find that theory
